Local mulberries are steeped in the gin, then pressed by hand; final steps include light filtering before bottling. Naturally sweet, rich and smooth mulberry flavours distinguish this elegant gin. This limited, seasonal gin is a High Country collaboration between Backwoods Distilling Co and Scion Wine (of Rutherglen). Crafted by steeping handpicked Rutherglen Brown Muscat grapes in Backwoods' award-winning High Country Gin. The spirit was then hand-basket pressed. Enioy it neat or over ice.
