Inspired by juicy South West Australian summer fruits and warm days in Margaret River, this gin is light and thirst-quenching with a soft sweetness on the palate. Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. The flavour profile is earthy and robust, and the balance of brawny botanicals like liquorice root, cardamom, orris root and Tasmanian pepper berries, with the more traditional citrus and nutty gin flavours, is unique. Drink it straight over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.

Layers of bright citrus from fragrant orange, mandarin and native myrtle melt into the warmth of Tasmanian pepperberry and the heady spice of coriander and lemongrass. Earth undertones of fresh picked rosemary and green tea are rounded by lashings of rooftop honey and the textural finish of freshly churned butter.
