Fashioned in the style of a London Dry, this contemporary expression contains fresh limes, mint as well as pink pepper, ginger, mace, cassia, and cardamom. Our Muscat Gin invites you to amble through the scented forests of the Victorian High Country and among the sunny grapevines of Rutherglen. This limited, seasonal gin is a High Country collaboration between Backwoods Distilling Co and Scion Wine (of Rutherglen). Crafted by steeping handpicked Rutherglen Brown Muscat grapes in Backwoods' award-winning High Country Gin. The spirit was then hand-basket pressed. Enioy it neat or over ice. Add tonic or soda, with an orange slice, for a refreshing sipper! Botanicals: Juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica root, orris root. Pepper berry, strawberry gum, peppermint gum, wattle seed, lemon myrtle. Grape variety: Muscat a petit grains rouge.

Turkish Delight is a famous middle eastern dessert that has provided the inspiration for this unique Gin. Rose Petals are vapour infused to collect rose water, the core ingredient of the traditional treat. Taking this to the next level of flavour Juniper has been combined with a complimentary group of botanicals, to provide a spiced warmth and an elegant finish. Finally, hibiscus is infused to complete the flavour balance and develop the brilliant colour to this show-stopping drop of Gin.

Paying homage to the historical sailors, this Gin meets the test they required for “proof” that the spirit delivered was as promised by the British Royal Navy. Using the base of our Signature Gin the intensified strength provides an enhanced flavour experience where each botanical dances on the palate. A punchy hit of fragrant aromas from the citrus, and the subtle sweetness of premium vanilla. On the palate, the strong peppery pine taste of juniper combines with the citrus flavours and finishes with a super warmth from our spice combination. A Gin full of flavour that won’t disappoint.

Our Honey Coconut Gin is steeped in fresh Castlemaine Honey straight from the beekeeper. Adding toasted coconut this traditional combination is complemented by a hint of fig and warm spices. Your palate will experience the layers of this gin beginning with the nutty flavour of toasted coconut, the warmth of the spices in between and ending with the smoothness of Australian honey.
