Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. Lees sturring helps add complexity and texture while the cool-climate fruit adds minerality and freshness.

Penfolds Maxs Chardonnay is a tribute to former Chief Winemaker Max Schubert, a legend in Penfolds history. Pale straw in colour with green hues, this wine has a very nice textural and creamy palate with a soft line of acid fading ever so slowly to a distant palate horizon.

B.C.P. by Petaluma is a buttery Chardonnay project showcasing different expressions of a buttery Chardonnay from various regions. The Adelaide Hills expression showcases the best expression with fruit sourced from the Adelaide Hills.

Waymaker represents a proud history and future intention of going one's own way. Inspired by Stonyfell Founder Henry Clark, who first dreamt of making wine amongst his olive trees many years ago. Pale yellow wine with green hues. A blend of green apple, grassy and tropical flavours fill the palate to reveal a crisp acidity and medium to long finish.

The Vineyard We selected fruits from theBernard 76 and Bernard 95 clones, originally propagated from Burgundy's finest vineyards. These premium French selections are prized for their small berries and intense flavor concentration - the Bernard 95 contributing bright citrus and mineral notes, while the 76 clone adds texture and stone fruit complexity. When grown in our high-altitude vineyards, they produce wines with exceptional balance and aging potential. Tasting Notes Elegant and finely structured, this cool-climate Chardonnay delivers a crisp yet rounded mouthfeel.
