The goal from the outset for Italicus was to create a spirit that had exceptional provenance. All the ingredients are 100% Italian, taking the best examples from different regions: Bergamot from Calabria; Cedro from Sicilia; Roman Camomile from Tuscany; Lavender, Gentian, Yellow Roses and Melissa Balm from Piemonte. Our neutral grain spirits are also Italian. Even our cap and bottle are made in Italy. And we do not add any refined sugar or syrup, instead we naturally sweeten our liqueur with a natural brown sugar (cane sugar) in order to respect the Rosolio production process as it was back in the 15th Century. In Italicus everything is natural, everything is Italian.

Jack Daniel's 1907 Tennessee Whiskey is charcoal mellowed and matured in the cooler areas of the barrel warehouse and bottled at 37% alcohol. Because the whiskey does not work its way as deeply into the barrel wood it has a light, slightly sweet taste profile. Jack Daniel's entrusted his famous distillery to his nephew, Lem Motlow in 1907. Lem soon introduced a white-labelled, lighter version of Jacks Whiskey. Jack Daniel's proudly continue this tradition with Jack Daniel's 1907.

In 1940 a very special bottle of barrel-aged bourbon was brought on a wild turkey hunt. The name stuck and still signifies exceptional, aged bourbon today. Master Distiller Eddie Russell honours this tradition by ageing our bourbon longer - from five up to eight years - in number four 'alligator char' American oak barrels.

Made by French Benedictine monks at Fecamp, Dom Benedictine has as its basis the blending of 27 different plants and spices from five continents. These include a blend of herbs, spices and an infusion of saffron, honey, thyme, tea and caramel. Inspired by traditional Rock & Rye recipes, Hochstadters Slow and Low combines a master blend of aged rye whiskies, three citrus peels: lemon, grapefruit and orange before being infused with a tiny amount of 100% raw, local honey and pure cane rock candy - creating a drink similar to an Old Fashioned. The drink itself is mellow with slightly sweet flavours exceptionally balanced with citrus, grapefruit and rock candy notes. A smooth, long finish follows, reminiscing of honey, orange and rye whiskey character.
