The wine has a seductive, lifted with aroma characterised by plum, blackcurrant and dark cherry fruits along with subtle chocolate and a touch of oak derived spice. The palate is rich, luscious and round with intense, perfectly ripened fruit characters. Mocha coffee and subtle spice characters complement generous fruit flavours of plum and blackberry. The wine is medium to full-bodied with a soft mid-palate and supple tannins. It has a well-balanced structure with great texture, good length and lashings of fruit on the finish.

Offering a range with a unique touch, featuringa different dog breed and personality on each wine. Toby's Shiraz Tempranillo feautres a French Bulldog and is a delightful mix of cherry and blueberry flavours, good oak and a savoury finish. Available in the very useful half bottle size.

Red fruits with enticing gamey characters swirl within layers of mushroom and notes of fresh herbs. The French oak adds ample but delicate tannins delivering a generous delightful length. The Adelaide Hills wine region is located nearby and is equally famous for its ability to produce some of Australia's best loved wines. Our Winemakers explored many grape trails across the Hills to track down the best parcels of fruit to go into this wine. This is the sixth release of this wine and it's richness is again on display. This is rich, ripe, Hills shiraz looking a lot like the 'Vales. Black and blue fruits dominate with a hint of eucalypt and a palate supported by 20% brand new Frenach oak. A very classy wine that demands decanting to enjoy now but will offer improvement over the next 10-20 years.

This is a lovely, easy flowing shiraz from the Adelaide Hills that also packs a weighty punch - full of dark fruit and raspberry with sweet oak and spice flavours. It's a lovely example of what shiraz from "the Hills" can be - and all from a single block off a small family owned winery.
