Barokes Cabernet Shiraz Bin 121 displays red and crimson colours. A rich mouth feel is provided by the shiraz, with a firm finish of the cabernet. There are ripe aromas on the nose with a subtle hint of oak.

CELLARING: Made to be enjoyed young, will cellar well for 2-3 years at a minimum. COLOUR: Dark ruby red with purple hues. NOSE: Aromas of black cherry, clove spice with hints of red currants and chocolate. This is a rich and complex wine with layers of flavour and soft, fine, well-structured tannins. The wine shows a brick red colour with a rich and complex nose prominent in blackcurrant, tobacco and typical leafy characters with hints of game. There are hints of cassis flavours, cigar box and cedar all combined with lingering gamey note.

Ruby coloured, with a blackberry and blackcurrant bouquet. A velvety smooth medium bodied wine with lovely depth and lingering flavour, and finishes with a fine grained tannin structure. Perfectly aged and ready to drink now, or cellar for up to 8 years

Riverside Landing Cabernet Merlot is youthful, fresh and fruit-driven red wine blend from South Australia. The Cabernet brings luscious blackcurrant flavours, while the Merlot gives it a smooth, supple texture. A good match with red meat and Italian food.

Mid-weighted palate, dominated by juicy red and black fruit notes, and a refreshing tobacco leaf edge. Balanced by a firm but fine tannin backbone, fresh acidity, and elegant, classic, bright red fruit characters.

Deep red color. The nose is complex with red fruits and figs, followed by aromas of blackcurrant. On the palate, the wine is round with soft tannins, displaying generous aromas of blueberry and blackberry. Well balanced, with a good persistence on the finish.
