Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown (fresh Lime and Rose) and internationally sourced botanicals (twelve total Botanicals)Layered notes of Juniper (organic), Coriander Seed, Fresh Lime. Cinnamon Bark, a hint of White Peppercorn and three cuts of Rose form the character of this gin and is ideal for sipping slowly over ice or in classic cocktails.Turner Stillhouse is nestled among the rolling hills of the picturesque Tamar Valley in Northern Tasmania, overlooking the Tamar River.

After visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest we realised olive oil could be a brilliant botanical alongside olive leaf. The aroma, flavour and texture of fresh olive is stunning, and we did a year of trials before finalising the recipe for this gin. The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot. We have used olive leaf and oil from Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. This gin is savoury, textual and bright. Perfect for any Martini - Gibson, dirty or dry with a twist. For a longer drink, try it in a Spanish-inspired gintonic, with rosemary and lemon. We’ve spent many months testing different flavour directions, but ultimately, JimmyRum is all about showing “what rum can be” — so we figured it would be logical to start with the classic spiced rum flavours for this spiced cane spirit.Spiced contains elements of apple, lime, orange, smoked vanilla, as well as a good dash of spice from nutmeg and cinnamon. Blended to be lower on sweetness so you get more of the true JimmyRum flavour and it makes a great first step into our amazing world of rum and cane spirits.It can be savoured over ice, combined with your favourite mixer, or step up your skills and drop it into a classic Pina Colada or Mai Tai.
