Bellinger Reserve Shiraz

The Reserve Shiraz displays delicious aromas of red cherry and blackcurrant with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is rich and round with fresh plum coupled with spice and black pepper leading to a silky smooth finish. The result is intensely flavoured and long-lasting red with a balanced and elegant structure.Bellinger is a small boutique winery specializing in Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon. Their wines are rich and layered, elegant and nuanced with a natural harmony and balance. They meticulously blend old and new techniques to craft wines with exceptional quality and unique character. Their vineyard soils are a mix of ancient volcanic soils, clay and sandy loam which gives the vines excellent drainage and also causes the vines to grow deep into the substrate in order to seek nutrients. The days are warm and long, and the nights are cool and refreshing, enabling the grapes to ripen slowly, gently building layers of flavours and soft textural elements while retaining natural acidity. The resulting wines are rich and powerful, yet beguiling and enchanting.
