With four generations of winemaking to draw on, McGuigan wines, led by winemaker Neil McGuigan, have been awarded International Winemaker of the Year four times. A contemporary cabernet sauvignon featuring alluring black and red berry fruit, briar and spicy oak aromas. The rich fruit driven palate builds slowly with cocoa tannins and blackcurrants coating the mouth before the restrained power and seamless structure deliver and elegant and long finish.

Intense youthful aromas of ripe dark berries, mulberry jam and dark chocolate. It is rich and generous, with layers of ripe blackberries and black forest cake surrounded by soft, juicy and ripe tannins.

Taylors Discoveries Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant crimson red, with lifted fruit aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and a touch of herbaceous notes. Bin 707 is a Cabernet Sauvignon reflection of Grange, intensely-flavoured fruit, completion of fermentation and maturation in new oak, expressing a Penfolds understanding of multi-vineyard, multi-region fruit sourcing. Bin 707 was first vintaged in 1964. The wine was not made from 1970 to 1975 when fruit was directed to other wines, nor in 1981, 1995, 2000, 2003 or 2011 (when fruit of the required style and quality was not available). Full bodied and with proven cellaring potential, Bin 707 retains a secure place among the ranks of Australias finest Cabernets.

Jamiesons Run has been crafting premium, approachable wines since the early 1950s with a winemaking focus that starts in the vineyard. Their Grazier Shiraz is sweet in dark berry fruit,mulberry and plum flavours predominate, interwoven with cedar and mocha oak. This is a easy drinking red, with generous ripe flavours supported by supple sweet tannins, balanced acidity and a good finish.

19 Crimes Shiraz is full and round on the palate with a subtle sweetness giving a rich and round mouth feel. The vanilla aromatics carry through on the palate and compliment subtle flavours of raspberries, dark plums, and chocolate leading to a lingering finish.

Penfolds Maxs Cabernet Sauvignon is a regional blend that gives the wine a fuller more intense mouthfeel. It has rich blackcurrant and toffee-apple like aromas on the nose, followed by dense savoury varietal fruits on the palate. Tannins are firm with subtle oaks leading to a long finish.
