Bouchard owns two parcels at the top and bottom of the famed walled vineyard, although presently their Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru comes from the top part, as the bottom has been pulled up. This part of this famous, 50 hectare walled vineyard tends to produce the best wine that have Grand Cru concentration and structure.

Clos de Tart is a monopole that was established in the 12th century. In 2017, French billionaire Francois Pinault (owner of Château Latour) acquired the Domaine for a reported quarter of a billion euros. Clos de Tart is one of the most prestigious vineyards in the world. Situated in the ??commune of Morey-Saint-Denis, the vineyard is planted on the slopes. This Monopole is entirely planted to 7.53 hectares of Pinot Noir on a complex of limestone that’s rich in fossilised marine life and white marl. Taking an extremely detailed approach to selection (based on soil profile, clonal or massale selection, vine age), Clos de Tart produces 13 separately vinified cuvées. This allows winemaker Alessandro Noli greater control in producing the Grand Cru.

A 1st Growth of the highest order, Château Margaux is one of the original 1st growths classified in the Médoc and is arguably the most important of the region. Producing only some 33,000 cases of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaux consistently produces wines that are among the finest examples of the vintage. 2009 is regarded as one of the finest in recent memory in the region and 'normal' wines form the Margaux appellation are being heralded as truly exceptional. At 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Merlot in 2010, this is a benchmark release that will be celebrated for generation. Increasing attention in cellar and vineyard has only enhanced the wines and their demand, due to continuing fine-tuning of quality.

Château Haut-Brion was the one and only estate outside of the Médoc and Sauternes to be bestowed 1st Growth status in the original classification of 1855. That reputation and standing has withstood over 150 years and can be tasted in what can only be described as 'blockbuster' white wine. A blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc and 38% Semillon, this wine should be held up as the flag-bearer for all Bordeaux Blancs. Mind blowing texture is the trademark of 2009 along with superb flavours and aromas of lemon scented cream, orange skin and a touch of lanolin. The ageing propensity of this wine is not be underestimated and will last in a good cellar for at least 30 years.

Chateau Cheval Blanc is without doubt, the finest estate in St Emillion, and regarded as one of the greatest Bordeaux wines of modern times. Set next to Pomerol, the estate is set on a unique soil profile that meshes clay, sand and gravel over a bed of rock. Winegrower Pierre Lurton is regarded as one of the most highly skilled in Frane, and the wines are highly collectable and of extreme quality. The 2010 harvest is 54% Cabernet Franc and 46% Merlot, and regarded as one of the greatest releases of all time - a classic that will cellar for half a century, and duly showcase the complexity, luxury and textural experience possible from such a very fine wine.
