Seresin Sauvignon Blanc
Amongst the sea of quality Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that is flooding Australia, Seresin Sauvignon Blanc stands out as having that something extra: perhaps it is the wild yeast ferment; perhaps the partial barrel ferment; or perhaps it is the 5 per cent of Semillon in the blend. Whatever the secret, this wine has body and finesse that raises it above its Marlborough peers.
Oyster Bay Chardonnay
A delightful cool climate Chardonnay, Oyster Bay had created a beautiful wine with the clean pure varietal character that typifies the best whites from Marlborough. Flavours of stone-fruit and citrus are perfectly balanced with creamy nutty oak. Crisp and a lengthy finish.

Wild yeasts add extra texture and build depth and length. With a tropical nose featuring passionfruit, guava and lime leaves, this is a multi-dimensional wine layered with toasty almonds, fresh brioche and incredible flinty notes.
