Vincents Breeze wines take their name from a picturesque stretch of water found between the Fleurieu and Yorke peninsula in South Australia known as the Gulf St Vincent. These wines were created by blending a number of separate vineyard parcels with the aim of balancing the strengths of each.Honeydew and brown lime flavours intertwine with a smooth and creamy mid palate. Fine natural acidity give great length and balances the textural oak characters.

At Gemtree we farm our estate vineyards organically and biodynamically. This philosophy rewards us with fruit full of flavour and purity; these are the gems from which we craft our fine wines. The waning crescent moon is a time for relaxation. This Fiano is crisp, fresh, floral and textural. A perfect accompaniment.

Alpha Box & Dice, located in McLaren Vale, is undertaking a "Wine Alphabet" project where each 'letter' represents a distinct winemaking venture, aiming to create a comprehensive collection of wines that showcase the various styles and grape varieties found in the well-known wine regions of South Australia, such as McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills, and the Barossa Valley. Picked early in the morning and gently pressed to tank where it is naturally fermented and matured for 5 months on lees.

This wine has rich tropical fruit characters with a long, lingering finish.

Black garnet color. Bright aromas and flavors of blackberry pie, pistachio nougat, and powdered lime with a satiny, lively, fruity medium-to-full body and a smooth, complex, long blueberry cobbler, minty spices, and chocolate finish with chewy tannins and moderate oak.

Bremerton Bâtonnage Chardonnay features a pale straw colour with dark green hues. This enticing Chardonnay exudes intense aromas of stone fruit, lemon curd and spice from its scintillating nose, while the expressive palate integrates with soft oak notes and a fine acid balance, to provide a creamy mouthfeel and great length. These flavours and aromas culminate in a textural and persistent finish. This delicious wine can be enjoyed upon release, or be cellared for some years to develop an intense fruit profile and complexity. Drink this wine slightly chilled with white meat such as veal, pork and poultry. It also tastes excellent with oily fish such as salmon and tuna.

Sourced from the Blewitt Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale which is the coolest part. Alex uses a small percentage of oak to add extra interest and texture to this wine.Pale lemon with green freshness. White peach, lemon, apple and tonic water aromas. Shows good balance of citrus and stonefruit with driving grapefruit acidity, white melon texture and mouthfeel and a long minerally finish. Juicy and savoury.

The regional characteristics are highlighted with lifted aromas of spice, dark cherry and plums. The palate displays rich forest fruits and vanilla with delicate soft tannins finishing with perfect length.Carefully selected Shiraz parcels from our cool climate Langhorne Creek vineyards were vinified using a combination of fermentation methods and toasty America oak to develop a wine with excellent structure and depth. Delicious now, or be rewarded with patient cellaring.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon has lifted aromas of dark cherries and chocolate, with a richly flavoured palate of blackcurrants and ripe plum, with a smooth tannin finish. it has superb length and is perfect for drinking now and will also reward patient cellaring.Cabernet Sauvignon grown at our Langhorne Creek vineyards was created using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure. Ideal with a traditonal Irish beef stew or slow cooked lamb shanks.
