Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir
An enticing wine that will awaken your senses from the very first encounter. Leather, boysenberry and sweet spices combine. The supple palate with its transparent flavours of red fruit and earthy textures leads to a finish that is both balanced and intriguing.
Confuron Cotetidot Echezeaux Grand Cru
Domaine Confuron-Cotetidot Grand Cru, Echezeaux The Premier Cru terroirs of Les Suchots divide the Echézeaux Grand Cru plots from those of the Vosne-Romanée, a stones throw to the south. Here, in this part of the world, Pinot Noir achieves it zenith, at least in the eyes (indeed all senses) of Burgundy obsessives. At Domaine Confuron-Cotetidot organic practices come by way of tradition rather than the usual born-again idea than if it was good enough for my grand-père and so on. The wine itself see very little piégeage and more time on oak than many others (18-24 months). What results is the finest of the Domaines Grand Crus, unlike the weightier Vougeots and Chambertins. The Confuron-Cotetidot Echézeaux Grand Cru is dreamily aromatic and perfectly cut on the palate, not a stitch out of place.
Confuron Cotetidot Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru
The domaine has an impressive portfolio of vineyards with several Grands Crus and the revered Premier Cru of Les Suchots. The Confurons have always taken the greatest care in the vineyards, performing their own massale selection of vines (ie selecting and using the healthiest plants for propagation), which are on average 65 years old. Unusually for Burgundy, their vineyards have never been treated with herbicides or pesticides, and the vine roots penetrate deep into the soils, giving the grapes a minerality that defines our terroir.

Domaine Bruno Clair Les Veroilles
Domaine Bruno Clair En la rue de Vergy
This is a stylish village wine from the 0.645 ha parcel of the En la rue de Vergy vineyard in the commune of Morey-Saint-Denis. Located just above the les Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru vineyard, this plot is truly remarkable for the soil is non-existent. Instead the vines are planted directly on the calcareous bedrock where they have over the years, established extremely deep roots in order to seek out water and nutrients. Typically wines from this parcel are round and silky with more upfront fruit and moderate acidity.
Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret Les Petits Monts 1er cru
Mount Mary Chardonnay
At Mount Mary they aim to make a Chardonnay of great length that is able to reach a balance between complexity & finesse. Unashamedly Burgundian in concept, local Yarra Valley practices are employed to fully express the unique terroir, including the wine not going through Malolactic fermentation as Mount Mary's cool-climate leaves the fruit with ideal acidity when picked. Matured in 20% new French barriques with the remainder in older barrels and large casks and along with grape solids, this is a Chardonnay of impressive texture and complexity.
