The grapes for the Winton Road Riesling are carefully harvested from selected older vineyards in the Barossa and Eden Valley. The Barossa winemaking history dates back to the 1840s with Riesling wines being brought to the region by the German and Silesian settlers. These low yielding Riesling vines give structure to the palate while maintaining its refreshing acidity and complementing the fruit and floral characters in the wine. A bright lemon colour with aromas of apple blossom, mandarin zest and wet stone. A structured Riesling with great intensity. Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation.
