Later harvested Barossa fruit allows the ripe honeydew melon and white peach flavours to shine, complemented by delightful honeysuckle and lime aromas. Our winemakers believe that truly great wines are made in the vineyard. They work closely with local grape growers to capture the individual essence of each site, to create excellent wines that express a sense of place. The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. It was the Tate family who began Evans & Tate decades ago and today the Tate name is re-born under the Franklin Tate Estates label. Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.

Innocent Bystander produces a stylish Chardonnay that shows stonefruit melon and vanillin oak on the nose. The palate has lovely creamy mouthfeel and flavours of butterscotch and citrus with minerally acidity on the finish.

Petaluma use their impressive vineyard holding in the Adelaide Hills to produce a Chardonnay that shows poise and precision. Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. Lees sturring helps add complexity and texture while the cool-climate fruit adds minerality and freshness.

De Bortoli Colombard Chardonnay blend has beautifully match the high acidity, fuller bodied Colomblard with the aromatic Chardonnay we all knew so well. Packed with zesty citrus, tropical fruits on the nose. A refreshingly dry whte great with richer seafood dishes.

Vasse Felix is on the cutting edge of modern style Chardonnay with their focus on lean, zippy and aromatic characters. A proven medal and trophy winning wine, the Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay has delicious stone fruit and purity of acid and minerality. Has wonderful line and length that will accompany light seafood dishes wonderfully.

Farm To Table Chardonnay is pale straw with light green reflections, this chardonnay bursts with aroma of stone fruit and rock melon. Medium-bodied, this wine fills your palate with peach and melon flavours a hint of oak and has a generously flavoured, soft finish.
