Bunch pressed and in part wild fermented. Partial malolactic fermentation imparts further complexity. A beautifully textured and complex wine.

The grapes are harvested quite ripe in order to give the palate its full, rich weight and texture with a beautifully balanced, lingering zesty finish. A great pairing with a Risotto or Calamari.

Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc at its best! Nepenthe Sauvignon Blanc has ripe passionfruit and gooseberry aromas on the nose. And are supported by beautiful flavours of kiwifruit and snow pea on the palate. Clean crisp lengthy finish.

Drink the Brokenwood Semillon young for its zesty lime and lemon flavours or age it for 4-6 years to experience the succulent honeyed flavours of aged Semillon.
