With intense lemon, citrus and stone fruit aromas, notes of wild ferment and a hint of gooseberry, this fresh and vibrant wine is classic cool climate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at it's best!

This wine is made from vineyards in the Parkburn area of Cromwell. All the grapes are hand harvested and fermented in small lots in stainless steel tanks helping to retain fruit purity and finesse. The wine is full, dry and textural, it displays excellent fruit structure, intensity and mineral length.

Peregrine's Pinot Gris serves up some interest that goes beyond New Zealand's most famous white variety. Instead of kiwifruit and gooseberries, savour Pinot Gris' poached pears and red apples. There's some crisp acidity hiding in the back that keeps the palate fresh, with some mealy texture providing a nice mouthfeel.

Zingy grapefruit, blackcurrant leaf flavours and a gentle softness that acts as a ruse to its long finish. Rated by our tasting panel as a must try example of this variety. This wine shows an array of fruit characters, ranging from citrus through to tropical notes. This is complemented by some secondary characters from the natural yeast ferments and also some barrel aging. The palate has an elegant structure with a creamy, textural mid-palate and a long finish.

A wine reminiscent of standing in the garden on a warm spring morning, the air is rich with the aroma of the jasmine flowers around you and grandmas warm apple pie wafting from the kitchen. Dense and juicy with a long and musing finish.
