Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. It is satisfyingly crisp with great acidity structure to be one of the great summer enjoyment.

Oyster Bay 2014 Pinot Gris offers a palate of elegant, aromatic and refreshing flavours. A lightly scented floral flavour mixed with a hint of zesty lime provides for an exciting new taste. Petaluma have access to some of South Australia's premier vineyard sites which are put to impressive use here with their White Label Pinot Gris. 100% sourced from the Adelaide Hills, yet four vineyards are used to create this delicious white; two in the Piccadilly Valley, one near Balhannah and one near Lenswood. Only the very best fruit was selected and left to ferment in older French barriques, the resulting wine has a classic cool-climate backbone with racy acidity and depth of flavour on the palate.

This Pinot Grigio is sourced from the Frasca's Lane Vineyard in Victorias cool climate King Valley. The wine displays fresh, lifted aromas of pear, apple and florals followed by a generous palate of pear, apple and honeydew with mineral and citrus accents and a crisp, clean finish.

A pale straw colour with vivid green hues. Gunflint, almond and lemon zest characterise the aroma. The wine has a steely edged structure and the mid-palate is filled with white peach and oyster-shell flavours. It draws into a long, spicy finish.

The fruit was entirely hand-harvested and allowed 6 hours skin contact in the press before fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to maximise fruit expression. This wine shows all the hallmarks of easy-going, classic Italian Pinot Grigio; subtle grapefruit and underlying floral and spice notes on the nose followed by citrus and peach flavours bound together by a tight minerality.

Hailing from Merricks North, Quealy Tussie Mussie Pinot Gris is a generous wine with a luscious stone fruit palate; honey, heavy bottomed pears, and creamy. Six months on lees assist generous mouth feel and palate weight. Balanced with natural acidity.
