Urlar Pinot Gris
The fruit for this opulent Urlar Pinot Gris was handpicked in the cool of early morning. The wine underwent traditional fermentation in old French oak barrels. Poured into a glass, the resulting drink flaunts bright lemon hues. The fragrant nose exhibits lovely aromas of honeysuckle, sweet pear and stonefruit. These delightful characters replicate on the dry and juicy palate, which offers a full mouthfeel. The finish is long and persistent, owing to the creamy texture obtained via lees stirring. This elegant white wine will get better with up to 5 years of careful cellaring. Relish it with ricotta cheese, pork dishes or mild Asian preparations.
