Primo Estate Merlesco Merlot
Merlesco combines fruit from our two McLaren Vale vineyards. Our McMurtrie Road vineyard on the valley floor enjoys sunny days and cooling evening breezes from the nearby ocean. Our Angel Gully Vineyard in the McLaren Vale sub-region of Clarendon is the highest vineyard in McLaren Vale and has a long, slow growing season with cool nights and warm days on shale stone soil.

In 1991, Tahbilk husband and wife team of winemaker Alister Purbrick and artist Rosa Dal Farra decided to combine their talents to produce a range of alternative varietal wines showcased under Rosas boldest art works. Now widely known and made, these varieties validate the foresight Tahbilk had.
Maxwell Honey Mead
Maxwell Honey Mead is made by fermenting pure South Australian honey, using one of the oldest recipes. It has light beewax mixed with cooked citrus aromas on the nose and hints of floral and apricot on the palate with a clean finish. Best serve chilled over ice or as a mixers to enhance the experience.
Coriole Rose
The delicate and mouthwatering palate is clean and bright with blood orange, wild strawberry and red cherry. The mouth feel is crisp with 15% barrel fermented juice adding to the fine, crunchy texture. The rosé has a savoury finish and the moreish, punchy acid length makes this wine the perfect lunch time tipple and summer time aperitif.

Pale watermelon pink in colour with lifted floral aromas highlighted by fresh strawberries. The palate is bursting with bright red berries, guava and morello cherries with a hint of cardamom spice. This dry rosé has amazing fruit qualities showing lovely natural fruit sweetness while being sugar dry. (less than 2 grams per litre). It has a fresh, bright, refreshing finish and is best enjoyed chilled.
