This brings out the tropical, slightly minerally notes in the fruit, and herby aromatics. Colour: Button grass green/ pale yellow. Nose: Aromatic, herby, nettles and white peach. Classic Marlborough characters of peach, melon, a hint of passionfruit, and a lively acid balance clean finish.Food Match: Works really well with creamy sauces, and dips with flavours of garlic or artichoke. Perfect to take to your favourite Thai BYO, and balances well with a rich salad like a Caesar. Winemakers Comments: Lots of beautiful fruit to choose from this vintage. It was a big crop from the outset, so we had the luxury of reducing yield and intensifying flavours. Great vineyard management.
