Consisting of a secret blend of Choya's signature Ume juice extracted from 100% Japanese grown Ume fruits, pure Japanese grape wine and balanced sugar. It has a clean, smooth & light bodied sweet flavour that can be enjoyed by anyone who likes sweet white wine such as Moscato or light Muscat's or Tokay's. This Pinot Gris from 6ft6 exhibits classic varietal characters of pear, honey suckle, apple and lime. The palate offers balanced delicate fruit with a cleansing finish. It is ideal when partnered with seafood and summer salads.

The Heggies vineyard situated in the hills above the Barossa Valley produces tightly structured classic Rieslings which can be appreciated young or cellared to achieve richer, complex flavours.

Arneis, a crisp, crunchy, spicy Italian white originating from Piedmont, Italy, traditionally made without oak. Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. Their Arneis shows all the trademark lifted aromatics and crunchy acidity of its Italian cousins. Enjoy with great company and a plate of seared scallops.

Scorpo produces another excellent example of Pinot Gris from the Mornington Peninsula. Lifted aromas of pear apricot and green apple lead into a palate rich and silky in texture, the flavours showing depth and complexity, the acidity in perfect balance.

Another terrific wine from Paul Mas. The nose shows lifted honeysuckle and white peach and the palate is juicy and well balanced with a long, smooth finish. Excellent example of the variety.

Produced from 40 year old vines in the Clare Valley's renowned Watervale district this superb Riesling shows vibrant citrus fruit on the nose with deep minerally flavours and a crisp lingering finish.
