Kath Quealy pioneered Pinot Grigio/Gris styles and is undoubtedly the 'queen of Gris'; classic honey, mushroom, hay and wood smoke characters; richly textured, it finishes long and strong.

Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Our Pinot Chardonnay is made from a majority of fruit grown in the elevated cool climate regions of the Adelaide Hills, Eden Valley and Alpine Valley. Innocent Bystander eminates from Victoria's Yarra Valley and is the brain child of owner, Phil Sexton. With winemaker Steve Flamsteed on board, the Innocent Bystander wines are fantastically varietal and extremely approachable. The Pinot Noir is packed full of black cherry and cedary notes with a perfect balance of soft, but fine grained tannin.

Bright salmon-pink in colour. This wine is a non-vintage blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with notes of wild strawberries and freshly baked pastry. The palate has a delicate balance of red berries, fine acidity and a rich, creamy texture.
