Lots of complexity for the price; perfumed with sour cherry, ruby-red grapefruit, orange peel and a hint of pineapple. Light-bodied and delicate, with a beautiful, tiny mousse and a lengthy, dry finish. Great for fruit and cheese platters.

Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.

The palate shows bright pithy grapefruit, nougat and brioche. Chalky mineral acidity with a fine persistent mousse and a crisp clean finish.
