Pet Mout Rose Pet Nat

Pet Mout Rose is a Petillant Naturel from France made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Following the "Methode Ancestrale" the wine is bottled before the primary fermentation is finished, delivering a lower pressure, lightly sparkling wine in the petillant style. The wine is then finished without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugar. Its a lovely wine of subtle red berries aromas. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with ice cream or red fruit sorbet.

Baumard Coteaux du Layon Carte d'Or

Dont miss this rare chance to secure a magnificent wine from a top producer thats in seriously short supply. Made by an acclaimed winemaker at the top of their game, this is a slice of wine history you dont want to miss. Add it to your collection while you can.

Maison Villette Gamay

An energetic gamay from two areas in France. Partly from Beuaujolais and partly from the Comte Tolesan region in the south of France. Typically lively and juicy with aromas of berries and rose petals and just a little hint of gamey spice. Light and bright on the palate, serve it cool, not cold, to bring out the best in this wine.

Zonte's Footstep Scarlett Ladybird Rosé

The fruit for Scarlet Ladybird is sourced from hand-tended blocks in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Medium-bodied, juicy fruited with a touch of natural sweetness. Mouth-filling tart 'strawberries and cream' with soft spice rounding out a lush mouthful. Flavoursome with fresh acidity and a tiny tweak of soft tannin taming the finish.

Domaine Des Masques Essentielle Rose

Antinori Santa Cristina Rosato

La Forge Estate Pinot Noir

La Forge Estate Pinot Noir is a deep bright and lovely light garnet-red colour. Very elegant with a quintessence of red berries, strawberry, cherry, and soft spices aromas with a hint of vanilla. Its a medium bodied wine, with ripe tannins and acidity which testify its capability to age. It develops very delicate aromas and a long lasting finish.

Le Prince de Courthézon Côtes du Rhône

As close as you get to genuine Châteauneuf power – and with a Gold medal pedigree too, winning Gold for the last eight vintages. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are the three mainstays of this champion that boasts layers of velvety ripe black fruit, liquorice and spicy complexity. It's from the only co-operative cellar in Châteauneuf du Pape, the top appellation of the southern Rhône, and is owned and run by local growers. The grapes are from vineyards that abut the famous name appellation and share the same stone strewn soil that promotes superb ripeness and richness of fruit. The vines are old and gnarled, producing few grapes but with rare concentration of flavour. It's made by Châteauneuf winemaker Thierry Ferlay ... and it's very, very good!

La Porte des Princes Grenache

Roche Lacour Crémant de Limoux

We have offered this exemplary wine for over two decades and the multitude of awards over the years – and the 5-Star reviews – speak volumes. It is our bestselling sparkler by a mile. Roche Lacour winemaker Viviane Gianesini works her magic beneath the cool hills of Limoux. Here, the monks of Saint Hilaire are said to have mastered sparkling wine methods in 1531, centuries ahead of Dom Pérignon. Bottles back then were fragile and didn’t travel, so their success remained a secret. The cuvée is rich in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir – like Champagne – and nearly half the wine is oak fermented – just like Krug! It’s an expensive technique (so rarely practised) yet important for depth and complexity. Enjoy on its own or with deserving canapés.
