A cracking aromatic white blend that bursts with citrus, green herbs, with slight honeyed notes. The palate is bright but with time spent on lees it has built some weight and texture without compromising flavour. A vibrant fruit palate is balanced by a well judged line of acidity. This is a very satisfying and fuller flavoured fresh white wine, perfect with light seafood dishes or even roast pork belly with creamy mash.

Soft yellow in appearance with an aromatic nose of stone fruit and citrus with notes of creamy vanillin oak. The mouthfeel here is full and rich whilst the fresh stone fruit character and integrated oak delivers impressive flavour and a creaminess to the finish. This lively straw coloured Chardonnay opens with rich melon, honeydew and citrus aromas that are delicately supported by fresh nougat and vanilla notes from barrel fermentation. The wine is a harmonious balance of soft rock melon and stone fruit with the finish lengthened from 6 months ageing in European Oak Barriques, adding a cashew nut and cinnamon complexity.
