Yarra Yering is not only a Victorian icon, but a true Australian wine treasure. The Underhill Shiraz is sourced exclusively from the 1974 planted block of Shiraz at the western-most extremity of the vineyard. Drawn from soils with a higher clay base which has resulted in a wine of a more masculine bent offering darker fruits and spice with chewier tannins and a savoury undertone.

Paringa Estate Peninsula Shiraz Mornington Peninsula The Paringa wines in the Peninsula range are an haut Mornington Peninsulathe emphasis being on the liveliness of the fruit. 'The quality of these wines are often equal to many other vineyards best'- James Halliday This is a classic cool-climate Shiraz. The fruit is sourced from three sites around the Peninsula which has the spice and black pepper characters, that are characteristic of this wine. Scotchman's Hill's second label often throws up some terrific value for money. A beautiful spicy nose with cinnamon and clove elements, supported by cherry flavours and grippy tannins.

Intense aromas of white pepper, cloves, cardamom pods, ginger, Damson plums with an underlying hum of stalky complexity. A fine acid line, chewy youthful tannins and high-tone oak define the palate supporting flavours of red and black fruits and subtle herbal, charred meats and sous-bois characters. Extremely deep and reverberative flavourful finish that lingers long. This wine is suitable for vegans.

This is a great value for money Pinot! 6ft6 has lovely aromas of cherries raspberries and a hint of white pepper on the nose. The palate is brimming with bright lively fruit and the balance is impeccable.

This classic Yarra Valley Shiraz from Yeringberg is showing those trademark Shiraz characters of cracked black pepper and great fruit weight, there is also some good concentration and a long powdery tannin finish.
