This Sauvignon Blanc has been sourced from the beautiful Gumeracha wine region. Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine flaunts a gorgeous green colour with a golden touch. A swirl on the glass exudes aromas of lime, grass, lemon and mango. These aromas seamlessly pave way for a matching palate that is brimming with citrus. The lovely palate is followed by a refreshing finish. You can pair this varietal with delicate fishes, green vegetables or dishes with the tangy dairy ingredient.

This grey-skinned grape Pinot Gris underwent a gentle winemaking process with minimal colour extraction from the skin that resulted in a beautiful blush hue.
