The 2025 Howard Vineyard Sparkling Blanc de Blancs is bright and fresh on the nose with aromas of lemon and stone fruit. Vibrant lemon rind, stone fruit and key lime flavours dominate. The Chardonnay offers great length and fresh acidity. Finishing dry with a hint of creaminess.

The Adelaide Hills has positioned itself as the premier region for high quality Australian Sauvignon Blanc and after tasting Sidewood's Single Vineyard Sauv it isn't hard to see why. Bold flavours of citrus zest greet you on the nose and the initial palate followed by a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. Length of flavour is also a stand out feature of this artisan version of the very popular style.

Croser was created as it was believed that the right region in Australia could produce sparkling wine to rival Champagne. That region is Piccadilly in the Adelaide Hills. The first vintage of Croser was released in 1985 and the winemaking philosophy continues today starting in the vineyard where all the vines are hand pruned, the grapes hand picked, the fruit whole bunch pressed, and the wines hand crafted in the traditional method. As is the tradition with non vintage Champagne, this wine is a blend of the current vintage Croser with reserve wine from several older vintages, with each vintage adding distinctive qualities to the final blend. Croser Non Vintage stays true to the aperitif style of Vintage Croser, showcasing a rich, full blend of pinot noir and chardonnay from selected sites in the cool climate Piccadilly Valley and other parts of the Adelaide Hills.

Petaluma have access to some of South Australia's premier vineyard sites which are put to impressive use here with their White Label Pinot Gris. 100% sourced from the Adelaide Hills, yet four vineyards are used to create this delicious white; two in the Piccadilly Valley, one near Balhannah and one near Lenswood. Only the very best fruit was selected and left to ferment in older French barriques, the resulting wine has a classic cool-climate backbone with racy acidity and depth of flavour on the palate.

As the only Tasmanian specialist devoted to the traditional methods from Champagne, this is a unique offering from a great region for sparkling. Honeysuckle and citrus scents are immediately apparent, with slight aromas of nougat, roasted nuts and a hint of strawberry from the Pinot Noir. Delicate fruits and creaminess fills the mouth with a lingering finish of citrus and nougat.

Petaluma use their impressive vineyard holding in the Adelaide Hills to produce a Chardonnay that shows poise and precision. Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. Given the evocative name of 'La Bise', the warm southerly breeze that wanders across the vineyards of Burgundy a few weeks before harvest are said to give the vineyards the 'kiss of life'. Natasha Mooney has hand selected vineyards for the La Bise label which have been given the kiss of life. The case in point is this remarkable Sangiovese that is sourced from two northern vineyards in the Adelaide Hills and two different Sangiovese clones that blend big round berries with cherry driven fruit flavours and the smaller, more concentrated berries that give the wine an aniseed and blackcurrant accent. A wine with great texture and mouthfeel that has density while maintaining its lifted fruit aromas.
