Sensi Collezione Primitivo Puglia IGT displays a ruby red colour, with a bouquet of cherry and prune mixed with toasted hints of vanilla. Full bodied, rounded and well structured. Enjoy this wine with salami, ham, spicy fishes, game and any kind of roasted meat.

The 2017 Primitivo is from our original plantings of Primitivo planted in 1996. These vines were taken from cuttings at Cape Mentelle. The vines now resemble a bush vine and with lots of hand thinning and trimming we are able to nurture this difficult variety into this lovely wine.

Zonin is originally a family of small-scale farmers that has become a touchstone for the Italian and international wine sectors. A major producer, making wines that highlight the exclusivity of their terroirs, varietal characteristics and ultimately the personality of each individual wine. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is ample and remarkably complex. Dry on the palate and gracious, with delicate and soft veining, a fine and harmonious balance.
