The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. Bright citrusy acidity ensures and long and seamless finish providing enhanced structure and length.

The nose is aromatic with mandarin, melon and lemon rind. The palate is fresh and rich - stone fruits and citrus with clean, crisp acidity. Texture and mouth feel with weight and layers of flavour.

Chapel Hill's McLaren Vale Verdelho has an intriguing and feisty array of flavours and aromatics. Kaffir lime leaf, passion fruit and honeycomb all leading into an endearing textural finish.
