The DUNE Maspalomas is a blend of Grenache Noir and Grenache Blanc. Yes that’s correct folks, red and white grapes together. These are hand-picked and co-fermented on skins. It’s like making a red wine but using red and white grapes. It is rosé? No, it's not a rosé, as rosé would typically be fermented as juice only rather than on the skins. So it’s more akin to a very light red wine, a beautiful floral rose nose, mid weight with lovely chalky tannins. Drink it chilled, not super cold but in the fridge for an hour before serving is best.

In order to make this delicious fortified style, a specially selected parcel of Chardonnay was chosen to be fortified, then matured for a number of years in older French and American oak barrels. CELLARING This delicious developed fortified style which is ready for drinking now will continue to mature and change in the bottle, and can be laid down for a time.

Naturally fermented from Australian honey, Daringa Mead possesses an intense aroma of honeycomb and wax, like birthday candles. The palate is unctuous and flavour-rich. This is a big, sticky, spicy old-school mead.

Deep Woods Hillside Chardonnay exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters. A suggestion of cedar like oak frames the generous stone fruit characters and complex chipped shell minerality. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. Bright citrusy acidity ensures and long and seamless finish providing enhanced structure and length.
