That Spirited Lot's 'Island Flower Gin' is inspired by co-founder Kate's travels to Southern Japan & Okinawa Islands. The gentle pink colour of the spirit is achieved by maceration of hibiscus flowers post-distillation. Hibiscus is a symbol of the Okinawa Islands blooming all year round.

Once again, it features all the luxurious complexity you’ve come to expect, including classic ‘Christmas pudding’ flavours from ingredients naturally macerated in our citrus-forward Australian dry gin. This season’s Adelaide Hills figs deliver more flavour than ever before, providing extra depth and complexity to support a backbone of dry gin, macerated cherries, and vanilla. Cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and a touch of star anise harmonise to create a rich spice hit. As always, it plays perfectly in your favourite Christmas cocktails, like a French 75 – on ice with a glacé cherry, or over Christmas pudding, custard, or ice-cream for a decadently festive dessert. Hippocampus Vodka
Locally sourced, Hippocampus vodka is distilled in Western Australia. The vodka is twice distilled and not filtered, which lends a smooth richness and subtle flavour. Its full body and depth mean it lends itself well as a cocktail base.
Green Ant Gin
Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.
Brogan's Way Royal Blood Gin
Distilled in Melbourne. Brogans Royal Blood Gin is the savoury sensation that is her navy strength gin. Something a bit special, complex with a lingering cardamom heat, at 57.2% it has a bit of a kick. Herbal aromas and flavours from the rosemary and bay leaf are seasoned with Australian sea parsley, saltbush and roasted wattle seed giving plenty of good mouthfeel. Tasting Note Juniper forward, dry, slightly citrus, and extremely savoury. With herbal and aromatic characters of fresh vapour distilled rosemary leaf, supported by bay leaf, olive leaf and black peppercorns, that are amplified by the Australian natives of spicy mountain pepper leaf, fragrant and savoury salt bush and salty sea parsley. A bold amount of roasted native wattle seeds lengthens the finish and exaggerates the heat of green cardamom. A winner in a dry Martini and a Dirty G&T with a slice of apple to garnish.
