The unmistakable fruity aroma of BOVIN Rhein Riesling is typical of the variety and has a distinctive green edge. The wines excellent nose, which is fresh and fruity, mixed with the scent of flowers goes beautifully with the subtle acids in the finish. The taste is fresh with peach and apricot tones. Riesling semi-dry white wine with appellation of origin from the Tikve wine region. This wine has a greenish-yellow colour, a distinctive scent of honey and freshness from citrus fruit aromas and complex floral flavour with characteristic sweet aftertaste.

This vintage of the White Rock displays freshly cut peacharomas with notes of citrus stem and lavender. The palate is well structured with flavours of citrus, white peach and macadamia. Maturation in high quality French oak barrels has contributed vanillin notes and a creaminess to the persistent zesty finish.

After aging, the wine shows a pale straw colour with gentle golden hues. Aromas of dried herbs, white flowers and preserved citrus lead to a textured palate of grapefruit pith, lime and rosemary.
