German Tettanger hops are used to balance the malts in the beer. A special yeast has been cooked up for this beer, setting it aside from other beers. The yeast is key for the developing flavours in the fermentation, which add the fruit to the palate and aroma of Leon. The water is also sourced locally and purified in the brewery to create a truly well-crafted beer.
