Pronounced lemon and lime aromas tinged with orange rind and a hint of mandarin are trailed by talc and mineral notes. Crunchy mouth watering acidity drives the palate with flavours of lemon, lime and orange rind forming around it. Finishes crisp and very dry with infusions of wet steel and mineral.
