Taylors Discoveries Shiraz is a deep red with a vibrant purple hues, showcasing lifted fruit aromas of red currant, plum and a touch of spice. Taylors Discoveries Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant crimson red, with lifted fruit aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and a touch of herbaceous notes. A bouquet of subtle cedar characters from the oak maturation add complexity which works well with its medium body and gentle palate of juicy blackcurrant fruits. Silky smooth mouth feel and a lingering finish.

Located at Angle Vale, the Carypidis family have been producing high quality Pinot Grigio for Yalumba for a number of years and were Certified Organic in 2010.
