Almost perfect growing conditions came together with near perfect vineyard characteristics to craft this outstanding wine. Considered by the family as one of their best offerings in recent times, this wine is beautifully pale with a hint of green around the rim. Overflowing aromas of citrus and white flowers flow from the nose of this very pretty wine. Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.

From the heart of the Mosel valley comes this superb medium dry Riesling. Lifted aromas of fresh cut apples and minerals on the bouquet is followed by pure fruit intensity on the mid-palate and extraordinary length.

The Clare Valley and Riesling are a match made in wine heaven. Sam Barry has incredible local knowldege and a long family history in the region and is the driving force behind this Riesling.At 7% ABV, it is light on alcohol and but certianly not in flavour or character and shows all the great hallmarks of why Riesling from the Clare Valley has such an impressive reputation. It is crisp, lively and fresh.

Kirrihill Regional Riesling displays lifted aroumas of lemon sherbet, freshly squeezed lime juice and hints of orange blossom on the nose. This wine is bright and lively on the palate, sharing similar tasting profile with a fine and mineral like acidity on the finish. This Riesling is best enjoyed in its youth when the Citrus fruit is at its most vital.
