Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.

Jim Barry Watervale Riesling from the Clare Valley is all about the musk, bracing acidity and juicy limes. This perennial favourite Riesling never misses a beat, marrying concentration with finesse, current drinking pleasure with cellar-worthy wow factor. Produced by the iconic wine maker out of the Clare. This elegant Riesling is bone dry with bracing acidity and mouth-watering flavours of tangy lemon and lime. Cosy up with freshly shucked oysters, spicy Asian food, or apple pie. Pale green in colour this Clare Valley Riesling displays fresh citrus and floral aromatics and is crisp, dry and fresh on the palate.

Almost perfect growing conditions came together with near perfect vineyard characteristics to craft this outstanding wine. Considered by the family as one of their best offerings in recent times, this wine is beautifully pale with a hint of green around the rim. Overflowing aromas of citrus and white flowers flow from the nose of this very pretty wine. The palate is balanced and dry, with lots of juicy fruit and splendid acidity to give a long, elegant and extraordinarily crisp finish. You can pair it with poached prawns with lime spiced salt, and baked scallops.

From the Cat Amongst the Pigeons label, this Eden Valley Riesling is a premier white wine you'll instantly fall in love with. Made from quality grapes, resulting in a magnificently complex flavour that's still brilliantly bright and refreshing.

Riesling has a strong affinity for the cooler climes of the World, and it is therefore no surprise that it would produce wines of great character in the Adelaide Hills. Whilst we made the hard decision to graft some of our Riesling vines over to Pinot Noir some years back, we have retained only the most promising clones to produce our Riesling as its perhaps the top white pick amongst staff and remains a labour of love. The Riesling crop, whilst minuscule, showed hallmark varietal characters and fine acidity nurtured by the cool nights and warm sunny days. Careful sampling in the vineyard, paying particular attention to flavour development and acid levels, meant the fruit was harvested on the 14th of March when the ideal balance was reached. Lifted floral aromas and the lively citrus fruit intensity are finely balanced by the tight structure and crisp natural acidity.

A dry, crispy white wine with pear, lemongrass and fresh herb flavours that delight the palate. Chapel Hill Pinot Grigio goes fantastically with food and is downright delicious alongside seafood dishes like salt and pepper squid. Jump on the Pinot Grigio bandwagon and enjoy the ride!
