Winemaking in the Clare Valley stretches back over 160 years. We celebrate a region and its heritage by producing this selection of its finest portraits. Admired for its beautiful landscapes, landmarks and world-class wine, the Clare Valley has a lot to offer - just like this flavoursome Riesling This wine is the result of meticulous crafting, which shows lime and citrus blossom aromas, which are typical of Clare Valley Rieslings, with great depth, good length and intensity of flavour. The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. It was the Tate family who began Evans & Tate decades ago and today the Tate name is re-born under the Franklin Tate Estates label. Franklin, son of John, has sourced some of the most prestigious vineyard sites in Margaret River and has highly regarded winemaker Rory Clifton-Parks to hand-craft the quality wines, like this traditional Chardonnay.

Many of these fruits continue through to the palate, creating a fresh and juicy wine packed with summer berries and a clean, moreish finish.

With over 33% more wine than a normal bottle, Hardys have made a Chardonnay with ripe fruit aromas of peach and melon. Round and flavoursome on the palate with a touch of oak and appealing freshness on the finish.

Ripe and generous, the leafy, minty characters of Cabernet are complemented by the softness and plummy fruit coming from the Merlot. A nice touch of sweet oak completes the picture.

At Cat Amongst The Pigeons, our story begins in the Barossa and is one of vision, courage and the unordinary. When three entrepreneurs found a patch of dirt in the Barossa, and where others said nothing would grow, they followed their intuition and instinct as they new it would grow something special. The Barossa region delivers wines of complexity, layers of flavour, ripe fruit, perfect balance and structure. This 2023 Riesling has citrus aromas followed by lemon and lime flavours with a crisp refreshing palate.

All the fresh, vibrant tropical fruit aromas and flavours are there to enjoy along with a zippy mouthfeel and refreshing aftertaste that belies this exceptional value Sauvignon Blanc.

This grey-skinned grape Pinot Gris underwent a gentle winemaking process with minimal colour extraction from the skin that resulted in a beautiful blush hue. On the nose, aromas of pear and nectarine are complemented by notes of roses and Turkish delight that are introduced by the yeast. The soft palate is laced with pear and lychee flavours leading to a satisfying finish. This varietal can be enjoyed with oven-roasted chicken, meaty fish or pork dishes.
