Admired for its beautiful landscapes, landmarks and world-class wine, the Clare Valley has a lot to offer - just like this flavoursome Riesling This wine is the result of meticulous crafting, which shows lime and citrus blossom aromas, which are typical of Clare Valley Rieslings, with great depth, good length and intensity of flavour. It can be best enjoyed when paired with spicy Asian cuisine.

Fresh citrus, lemon blossom and nice floral lift. Vibrant fruit with citrus freshness, lime blossom and lingering crisp acidity. 2019 welcomed some additional winter rains, making up for the several years previous. A short and hot summer brought all whites forward in picking but with tremendous varietal flavour and good concentration.

Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.

The wines from Taylors are better than ever and their superb Riesling leads the way. Typical floral and citrus aromas leap from the glass and the palate is a mouthful of pure varietal flavour.

Taylors Chardonnay's toasty nutty flavours of the oak perfectly complement the rich melon peach varietal characters of the grape in this soft full-flavoured Chardonnay.

From the heart of the Mosel valley comes this superb medium dry Riesling. Lifted aromas of fresh cut apples and minerals on the bouquet is followed by pure fruit intensity on the mid-palate and extraordinary length.

Taylors Shiraz continues to be one of the most outstanding value for money Shiraz available. Widely acclaimed by many critics, this Shiraz is true to its region and variety, showing ripe plum and blackberry fruit with minty notes in the background. A touch of vanillin oak adds some wonderful interest.

Taylors Pinot Gris is a strikingly varietal wine showing notes of baked apple and pear on the nose, with characteristic texture on the palate and soft acidity on the finish. Ideally suited to a whole range of foods, especially flash-barbecued prawns.

Fresh, bright and youthful - the nose is awash with attractive, fruit forward aromatics that cross the spectrum from rich pear to white peach. Fresh yet svelte, the palate sees that lifted green pear evolve onto a nashi pear, with golden delicious apple vibes. Bright, primary fruit sits front and centre, backed by lovely textural elements, notes of almond meal and herbaceous hints of tarragon. Throughout the palate there is a minerality that can only be described as groovy. The epic finish lingers like a classic 70’s guitar solo, a moreish encore in every sip.

The hallmark of Tim Adams' Pinot Gris is the balance between flavour sweetness and acidity. Nashi pear, green apple and tropical fruit aromas lead into a full-flavoured, rich and textured palate.
