A wine-based aperitif, Byrrh has the specific characteristic of being flavoured with quinine. Its alcohol content is 18°. The basic grapes, mainly the Carignan and Grenache varieties from the hillsides of Roussillon, are transformed into mistelles (partly fermented grape juice), which are then blended with selected dry red Roussillon wines. Byrrh is drunk as an aperitif. It is best served cool, at approximately 16°, and goes well with a twist of lemon zest or a little Crème de Cassis.

Alexandria Cuvée rosé is made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has pale salmon colour exhibiting gentle aromas of rose, pear, peach and raspberry. This bone-dry rosé has grapefruit and light cherry flavours with hints of orange and crisp acidity making the wine vivid and refreshing.

Gold Edition is a high quality sparkling wine, with a full, rounded flavour. Light and elegant in style, what makes it really distinctive is that it contains fine flakes of 22-carat gold leaf, designed to highlight its natural effervescence. A great apéritif or accompaniment for light meals and hors doeuvres, this is the perfect wine for celebrations and special occasions.

This Pinot Gris is a fresh and uniformly very dry wine. It lends itself therefore as an ideal accompaniment to the lighter yet finer dishes served nowadays. Its hearty and lively yet distinctively fruity aroma of tropical fruit, acacia blossoms, caramel and wildflowers will make wine-lovers swoon.
