Founded in 1815, Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth in the world and the last producing Vermouth de Chambery, still made according to the principles which earned Chambery, France's only A.O. It was here that the first Blanc clear, sweet vermouth was created, long before other vermouth producers of Italy and France.

Former Gourmet Traveller WINE Viticulturist of the Year, the Chalmers family is renowned as Australia's key pioneer with so-called "alternative varieties", as grapevine importers, growers and cheerleaders of so many Mediterranean grapes that are enjoying great demand nowadays. In 2017 Chalmers once again sourced the grapes for their rosato from the highest altitude, most prized block at their Heathcote site. For the first time, though, all three of the varieties planted there made it into this unique blend. Aglianico (63%), Sagrantino (33%) and Nero d'Avola (4%) were hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed, and vinified separately.

Ana Marija from Bovin is dry rose wine produced from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon that undergoes a short cold maceration from which delicate intense rosé color is obtained. The nose is full of roses, wild strawberry cherry and pomegranate. Although there is a touch of residual sugar on the mid palate fresh fruits underpin balancing the sweetness. The attractive mix of fragrances the freshness yet mid sweetness makes it an ideal summer drink. It is best when combined with white cheese, salads and cold dishes,fish and shellfish, or it can accompany with fruity cake.To be served at 8-10°C

This lovely, light pink coloured wine was crafted using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fragrances of fresh and floral candied fruits flow off the aromatic nose, effortlessly fusing with the dry and refreshing palate full of Pinot Noir flavours. A fine copper-colored Pinot Noir Rosé, with a ripe dense aroma of red berries and cherry. A powerful, full-bodied wineAround 1250, the Cistercians began cultivating Pinot Noir in the Affental. Affentals unique name derives from a pilgrimage chapel, which stood near the grapevines. In support of the pilgrims Ave Maria the valley was known as Ave Tal (Ave Valley) in the local vernacular, from which todays Affental (Valley of the monkeys) evolved. The origin of the Affental Wine Cooperative dates back to the year 1908. At the time, 24 winegrowers founded the Natural Winegrowing Association of Affental. From this, todays Affental Viticultural Cooperative was created over the years with approximately 240 hectares of vineyards. The fruit for Scarlet Ladybird is sourced from hand-tended blocks in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Medium-bodied, juicy fruited with a touch of natural sweetness. Mouth-filling tart 'strawberries and cream' with soft spice rounding out a lush mouthful. Flavoursome with fresh acidity and a tiny tweak of soft tannin taming the finish.
