A light bodied fruity aromatic style on the dry end of the scale. Clear pale straw. White flowers, lychee and freshly cut pear with some sweet musk flavours. Bright and crisp acid, but with generous mouthfeel to balance. The wine has a pithy texture with flavours of nashi pear, lychee and rosewater.

Pale Straw in appearance, with a fresh pear, apple pie and floral driven bouqet. This Pinot Gris is creamy yet crispy with natural acidity and vibrant persistent flavour.

Paracombe Chardonnay is a pale straw hued wine displaying light green tints. The attractive bouquet exudes mesmerising scents of fig and lemon soufflé, with light suggestions of minerality. The palate is delicate and structured, brimming with fresh flavours of peach, melon and creamy apple. These beautiful characters are supported by natural acidity, culminating the wine in a long, balanced and stylish finale. This wonderful Chardonnay tastes marvellous with crab cakes, pizza margherita and bay scallop chowder.

The hallmark of Tim Adams' Pinot Gris is the balance between flavour sweetness and acidity. Nashi pear, green apple and tropical fruit aromas lead into a full-flavoured, rich and textured palate.

This crisp Pinot Gris shows fresh nashi pear flavours with hints of jasmine, a delicate textural palate and zesty finish.

This Tomich Hill Pinot Grigio has zesty citrus characters, balanced by just a touch of honey-like richness, and is complimented by a wonderful flinty crisp finish. This wine has a freshness that makes it enjoyable by many.

This delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Taylors shows classic varietal aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and gooseberry. The palate is intense and lively, brimming with flavours of tropical fruit and fresh herbs.

Tim Knappstein became a third generation vigneron when he commenced his career in the family company, Stanley Wines, making his first wine in 1966, after graduating from the Roseworthy College Oenology course.
