To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Year Old is matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, adding richness and complexity. A matured character, the 12 Years Old delivers rich wood spice and dried fruits and a natural rich gold colour.

Chinese Lang The High Flying Spirits, Lang brand alcoholic beverages, named after its place of origin Er Lang Town, in Gulin County Sichuan Province. Honghua Lang (10) is recognized as a typical representative of sauce-aroma baijiu by National Standard Committee, a sauce-aroma classic worthy of its name. The ceramic bottle of Honghua Lang (10) is meticulously polished, featuring beautifully flowing bottle lines, radiant red colour, and a style thats restrained but bold at the same time.

This is a unique whisky from Japans Nagahama Distillery near Shiga, which opened in 2016. While the distillerys own malt whisky is still very young, the distillerys owners decided to source malt whiskies from other countries to blend with it in what theyre calling a world malt. The nose is fruity and floral with lemon zest, mango, and grilled pineapple. The taste is spicy with a citrus tartness and notes of lemon pepper, grilled pineapple, honey, and orange peel. The finish is medium-length with a touch of citrus and a hint of lingering spice

The color is reddish and glossy brick. The flavor from red wines such as raisins and berries is in perfect harmony with the unique malt flavour of Nagahama. A refreshing afterstate of orange peel can be enjoyed. The sweetness of grain carries through the finish with a long, moderate astringent taste. The flavors linger long after the sip.

We collaborate with the craftsmen and artisans of Kyoto who refine their skills in the legacy of the generations before them, working continuously in the cultural heart of Japan. Japans first dedicated gin distillery was founded with the sole intention of creating the finest gin possible: made from rice spirit and, wherever possible, using locally sourced botanicals, including yuzu, gyokuro tea and sansho pepper. The Founders are inspired by Kyoto culture, art, craftmanship and agriculture.
