The blissful bouquet is an amalgam of pink rose, musk and strawberry fragrances, while the fruit-driven, light and juicy palate is full of exotic tropical fruit flavours which balance the sweetness of the wine to provide a crisp and persistent finish. This wine should be served chilled either as an aperitif or clubbed with a light and delicious brunch.

Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.
