Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut Non-Vintage
The origin of the House dates back to 1812, created by André Michel Pierlot, it will take the name of Veuve Laurent-Perrier when Mathilde Emilie Perrier, widow of Eugène Laurent decides to combine the two family names while she ensures the development. Eugénie Hortense Laurent, his daughter, inherited the House in 1925 and sold it to Marie-Louise de Nonancourt, née Lanson, in 1939. Laurent Perrier La Cuvée comes from the purest grape juice and it alone allows Laurent-Perrier to craft La Cuvée, a champagne of great finesse and a beautiful freshness obtained after a long ageing process in our cellars. Laurent-Perrier’s style and personality are defined by its very high proportion of Chardonnay. Purity, freshness and elegance – essential characteristics, expressed in this champagne – are a good introduction to the spirit of the House.
Louis Latour Pinot Noir Les Pierres Dorees
The famed house of Louis Latour once again exports its Burgundian know-how outside of the Côte d'Or. After the great successes of Ardèche and Var, they decided to repeat the experience in the heart of Beaujolais with the planting of 20 hectares of Pinot Noir. The calcareous soil rich in iron oxide gives a very particular ochre colour, and the high altitude contributes to produce a surprising wine which associates richness and freshness with a beautiful aromatic complexity.A bright and tempting wine showing a dark garnet colour with an intense nose of blackfruits, blueberry and cherries. There is fullness on the palate with flavors of currant and mocha followed by a fresh finish.

Perrier-jouet Grand Brut Non-Vintage
"Fresh, clean, vibrant iced pastry aroma, lovely and chard-ish. Similarly clean and fresh in the mouth, with evident dosage, but also a clean finish, soft and equable. A very easy drinking wine and well turned-out." 92 points Huon Hooke
Pommery Pop Brut Non-Vintage (Eiffel Tower )
This bottle of Pommery Pop comes in a limited edition box Eiffel Tower gift box. In 1858, Madame Pommery took over as head of Pommery & Greno after the death of her husband. She based the expansion of her House on the creation of wines unlike any others, with one constant demand: quality pushed to the extreme. In matters of taste she was ahead of her time. It was she who created Pommery Nature in 1874, the first brut champagne to meet with commercial success, thereby breaking with the tradition of very sweet wine. A woman in a man’s world, she imprinted her personality on her champagnes. Champagne Pommery Pop brings together the three Champagne varietals - chardonnay, pinot meunier, and pinot noir. Chardonnay brings the pleasurable freshness. Pinot Noir is the dominate grape bringing the fullness and roundness in the mouth. Pinot Meunier backs up the Pinot Noir.
Perrier Jouet Brut Champagne
Silvery gold in the glass, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is a vibrant, stylish cuvée characterised by delicate floral aromas, rounded out by fresh fruit and hints of buttery brioche and vanilla. Though crisp and light, it combines freshness with a lingeringly rich, generous finish, preserving its distinctive balance and harmony to the very end.
Domaine Anita Moulin à Vent Très Vieille Vigne
Très Vielle Vigne translates to “ancient vines”- in the case of this wine, we’re talking 80 years old. Sitting on a steep southeast-facing slope with the trademark granitic soils of Beaujolais, these vines deliver on concentration and structure. The aspect is perfect for gentle morning ripening, and the granite lends energy to the wine. This wine is the pride of the Domaine, with deep and dark flavours and unending complexity to discover. Despite the usual thought that Beajoulais can’t age, this wine still has years of delight under the cork- particularly from the 2020 vintage. This is modern Beajoulais at its best.
Tramier & Fils Beaujolais-Villages AOP Gamay
Beaujolais Villages is an Appellation from the southern part of Burgundy, made out of 100% Gamay grapes. The wines produced in this area tend to be a little deeper and darker in colour and character than the Beaujolais Appelation. It is also a big step up in quality. Tramier Beaujolais-Villages wine is highly aromatic with floral and fruity bouquets. Ripe red berry fruits with juicy, racy acidity and a hint of black pepper. A wonderful expression of Beaujolais-Villages and what the Gamay gra
