Beaujolais Villages is an Appellation from the southern part of Burgundy, made out of 100% Gamay grapes. Unusual and elegant wine... A 100% unfiltered Syrah, not aged in barrels, a pure and clean juice. This wine is named after François Massol's parents, the chief winemaker at Domaine de Sauzet. Pure and raw, this powerful red wine is the perfect expression of the Languedoc Syrah. The nose remind liquorice and black pepper. On the palate we have silky tannin and black fruits with a long aftertaste.
