Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels. This process results in a superb, smooth taste which exceeds expectations with each sip. Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 year old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, then transferred into Madeira casks for a further 2 years. The result is a whiskey awarded Best Irish Single Malt 2013. It has huge depth that interweaves dried fruit flavours with spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty raisins notes.

A marriage of rare Balvenie transferred to port casks which have held fine port wines. The end result is a refined malt with remarkable character. It is creamy and silky with fruit, honey and spice notes supported by a long and gentle, nutty finish. This whisky was named Supreme Champion Spirit at the IWSC 2011 awards.

Domfrontais Calvadoss differ from those of the PaysdAuge by being made from at least 30% pears, as well as the traditional apples. This makes not only for a lighter-coloured spirit, but also one thats more feminine and elegant. This 1992 vintage Cavados has aromas of cocoa, pear, tea and jasmine. The palate is elegant and long with pear and spicy notes.

Rich, full-bodied and complex, XO combines the spicy aromas of oak and leather with the sweeter essences of flowers and ripe fruit. Well-balanced, the initial flourish is dominated by the powerful suggestion of pepper and rancio, which testify to the long years it has spent being aged.

Camus Borderies XO has delicate violet and vanilla oak aromas due to part of the process is aging it slowly in oak casks. This allows the boutique to develop into fruity, spicy notes with a long floral finish. A recipe and method used over five generations of the same family, this Cognac is smooth with exceptional quality.
