This chardonnay-dominant bubbly is lighter and sweeter than the other from Yellowglen and shows hazelnut aroma, lemon-citrus flavour, impressive fineness and a clean, sweetish but well-balanced finish. Like its Pink stablemate, this is definitely a party wine.

Made in tribute to Madame Louise Pommery, Cuvee Louise is made from fruit sourced from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Cramant and Ay. The 1999 combines purity and richness of rare complexity.
