LARMANDIER BERNIER Latitude Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne Non-Vintage 0

LARMANDIER BERNIER Latitude Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne NV Latitude is 100% Côte des Blancs Chardonnay from vineyards on the southern side of Vertus. These vineyards comprise rich clay in the soil and are on the same latitude, hence the name, which also hints at the breadth of texture that the wines from these sites express. A generous terroir and grapes picked fully ripe, Larmandier uses mostly large format casks using wood from Stockinger in Austria. The result is a superb texture, stone-fruited depth and pure minerality with that glorious citrusy, chalky energy the area is known for. The Latitude cuvée is the perfect festive Champagne, retaining the characteristic purity of the estate.

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Rosé Vintage

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque is known throughout the world not only for their classic, complex and artisan sparkling wine, but also the magnificent artwork on each of the Belle Époque bottles. The artwork is a homage to glassmaker Emile Gallé who painted a special bottle that was found in 1902 in a nondescript cupboard gathering dust. The Belle Époque Rosé is a smooth and finely chiselled, subtle and rich wine, with myriad floral notes and a long finish, to be enjoyed as an aperitif, throughout the evening.

Billecart-Salmon Cuvee Nicolas Francois Billecart Brut

Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart Brut, Champagne The name Billecart-Salmon comes from the joining of two families by the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon. This prestige cuvée vintage Champagne, first created in 1964, is named in honour of co-founder Nicolas François. "The mark of Billecart is made not by the heavy foot?all of concentration, power and presence, but rather by the fairy touch of delicacy and crystal/clear fidelity."- Tyson Stelzer, The Champagne Guide. 60% Montagne de Reims pinot noir, 40% Côte des Blancs Chardonnay; 18% barrel-fermented in old oak casks; no malolactic fermentation; 4g/L dosage

Pommery Grand Cru

Fermented, aged and released in the same magnum bottle, only fruit from 7 Grand Cru vineyards is used to craft a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which spends over 4 years ageing on lees plus 6 months post disgorgement. Further gentle ageing takes place until deemed ready for release by the Cellar Master. It displays a multitude of citrus, white and red fruits, linked by a common thread of minerality producing a mature complexity, elegance and length.

Billecart Salmon Elisabeth Salmon Brut Rosé

Founded in 1818 by husband and wife Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the Billecart-Salmon House is rich with history. For nearly two hundred years, the Billecart family has been handing down the secrets to making exceptional champagne from generation to generation. The Champagne House is special for many reasons, but one notable reason is that it is one of very few to remain Family owned. The Billecart-Salmon House covers around 50 hectares, and gets its grapes from a total of 170 hectares of land. Frequently cited for the quality of its vintages, the House pays particular attention to selecting the best grapes.
