Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. This anejo tequila is aged 16 months. It features a very satisfying agave rich palate featuring salty and buttery vanilla garnished with oaky smoke.

100% Espadin. Produced from 6-7 year old agave, single distilled with no artificial additives or flavorings. At 40% this mezcal has fresh acidity, round fruitiness and a nice balance of roasted agave and smokiness. The finish is clean and light on the palate with hints of jalapeno spice. Solento Reposado has slightly sweet notes of caramel and citrus from the 9 months it's aged in American Oak Whisky Barrels. Best enjoyed neat or over ice with a slice of lemon.
