National Cellar 1573 Spirit of China is a commemorative baijiu product specially made in honour of 1573 National Treasures Cellars which is included in UN preliminary list as the worlds tangible cultural heritage and the traditional brewing craftsmanship of Luzhou Laojiao liquor as the worlds intangible heritage; its the highest level for protection of Chinese cultural heritage; and its also the greatest representative of Chinese traditional culture and craftsmanship which passed on over centuries.

To create its well rounded flavour, Glenmorangie 18-Year-Old Extremely Rare Malt spends fifteen years maturing in American white oak casks, then approximately 30% is transferred into Spanish Oloroso casks for a further three years. Then both elements are blended back together to create a whisky with a rich bouquet and full, rounded flavour.

The first ever release of Sullivans Cove XO Double Cask Brandy is a marriage of ten different casks, each selected for their individual flavour profiles to create a uniquely Tasmanian spirit much more than the sum of its parts.
