After the success and cult following achieved by our St Huberts Stag Yarra Valley Pinot, we decided more people need to drink Pinot Noir, and we needed to venture out of the Yarra. 2017 is the first vintage of our Stag Victorian Pinot Noir. Fruit for this wine was harvested from selected sites, mainly around Yea, with some Beechworth and others in the mix. Picked early to maintain vibrant fruit, and treated respectfully to maintain freshness. Maturation took place in both stainless steel and seasoned French oak. Fresh, supple, fleshy - Pinot for the masses - that sings like Pinot.

Winemakers Leanne De Bortoli and her husband Steve Webber have been at the vanguard of Australia's rose revolution. This bone dry Yarra Valley Rose has lovely red berry fruit, savoury notes and can be paired with almost anything. Delicious drinking made for enjoying in the warmer months of the year.

Semi translucent slightly cloudy red colour with a light red hue. Perfumed like aromatics of violets, red cherries and strawberries meld into forest floor, fresh herb and spicy cedar notes. Hand picked from Pettavel Pinot Noir vineyard in Geelong. The grapes were carefully selected and picked, then matured in French oak barrels, ending with supple and savoury with fine and soft tannins.

Vibrant ruby red in colour, the bouquet offers a mix of blueberry, plum and cherry. The palate mimics the savoury, fruity characters of the aroma. Perfect with Mediterranean dishes.

Yarra Trail Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 shows intense red berries, blackberry, red current and liquorice with sage herbal notes and fine oak aromas from 18 months maturation in French and American Oak. The palate is rich and concentrated with dark berry fruit, black cherry, chocolate and carob brought to the fore with delicate oak spiciness. Plush tannins build on the palate to provide length. Hand plunged in open fermenters providing a medium body, luxurious structure.
