The People's Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir from the home of the long white cloud offers ripe red berry fruit aromas of cherries and vanilla with spicy undertones. The palate is rich in flavours of cinnamon, rhubarb, tamarilllo and red cherries shine through. The tannins are velvety with a long finish. Ideally suited to drink with figs, swiss cheese and dark chocolate.

Jacob's Creek 1847 Pinot Noir

A medium-bodied Pinot Noir with the black cherry balanced by mature, spicy notes. Well-integrated oak adds length and balance to the finish. Black cherries and strawberries with subtle charry oak and dusty tannins. Enjoy with crispy skin duck.

Nepenthe Pinot Noir

Situated in the Adelaide Hills, the altitude and cool conditions of Nepenthe's vineyards are ideal for growing the Pinot Noir grape. And it seems that the rest of the country is starting to cotton on to the fact that this region is producing some of the most exciting examples currently available. Full of ripe cherry and raspberry flavours with a complementing acid structure and soft tannin backbone make this Pinot ideal for food pairing on a wide scale.

Children Of The Revolution Pinot Noir

Children of the Revolution has been hand-crafted for a new generation of wine lovers. The wines are sourced from premium South Australian vineyards to produce soft, fruit-driven wines that are full of fresh, bright fruit flavours whilst being medium bodied, naturally lighter in alcohol and vegan friendly. This Pinot Noir displays black cherry, strawberry, liquorice and brown spice characters that are light in feel but energetic and long in flavour. Soft integrated tannins provide structure whilst a bright acidity drives the fresh finish. Great on its own, or well matched with a mushroom pasta.

Le Chat Noir Pinot Noir

Le Chat Noir is a range of modern French wines created by Vincent Charleux. Inspired by the humble village bistro that is at the heart of French culture and cuisine, the Le Chat Noir wines are generous and approachable. The wines are sourced from the Aude Valley, located in the foothills of the Pyrenees south of the famed walled hillside town of Carcassonne. Rising to an altitude of 450 metres, the terraced, low yielding vineyards are cooled by refreshing winds and chilly nights, creating elegant and varietally expressive wines like this Pinot noir.

Belle Nature Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir comes from French vineyards on clay-limestone soils. The climate is hot with maritime influences (cold and humid nights) and therefore, the vines never miss water. The vines are cultivated with the greatest care to preserve Mother Nature and the yields are low. This wine is produced from organically grown grapes (chemical pesticides or fertilizers are strictly forbidden in the vineyards) and is certified by ECOCERT. It displays a lovely crimson shade within a light colour typical of the grape variety. Expressive and characteristic aromas of red and blue berries (raspberry, grenadine, blueberry). The light touch of oak is well integrated and complemented by a hint of menthol and rhubarb. The wine is round, velvety and well-balanced on entry to the palate, with a nice acid structure responsible for the finesse and elegance of the Pinot Noir. It finishes with elegant, fresh and spicy tannins and a lovely luscious sweetness.

Cupio Pinot Noir

A wine that showcases fragrances of ripe raspberries and sweet juicy red fruits. A particularly long ripening season allowed winemakers to pick grapes at optimum maturity and resulted in a wine showcasing intense ruby colour, vibrant ripe fruit flavours, a rich full palate and soft fine tannins.

The Stubborn Few Pinot Noir

This is a celebration of ‘The Stubborn Few’ - A minority who, threw caution to the wind and forged the way for modern Australian wine making. One of them, a South Australian, defied preconceptions and invented wine cask, breaking the rules just to keep his wine fresh. A box makes perfect sense. It’s airtight, economical and environmentally friendly. The Stubborn Few Pinot Noir is aromatic and has soft generous flavours of luscious red berries and lingering finish. Matches harmoniously with a creamy pasta dish. So kick back and raise a glass to thinking outside of the box.
