A rich, classically styled, medium to full-bodied Shiraz with ample richness, a softly textured supple mouthfeel, and lifted flavours of ripe dark plum, liquorice, dark chocolate and toasty vanillin oak gliding across the palate.

St Hugo GSM is aromatic and bright, yet exudes the style and pedigree which are hallmarks of the St Hugo label. This Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend shows lifted fruit aromas of Turkish delight and briary complexity. The palate is plush, full and complex. Ripe fruit flavours are complemented by silky tannins and subtle oak.

Leeuwin's Art Label Shiraz has quickly established itself as one of Margaret River's best examples of the variety. Aromas of pepper and dark berry fruit are followed by a palate of length and class.

The wine reflects the slate and granite soils with strong mineral notes, and fruit flavours of blackberry, Morello cherry. Complex deeper notes of earth and cured meats bring the palate to a long and evenly weighted finish. Strikingly beautiful, the wine shows perfumed aromas of dark plum, mulberry, thyme, clove and roasted hazelnut on the nose, leading to a beautifully refined palate that’s silky and flowing. A big brooding Barossa wine with endless layers of fruit and oak. The tannins are very well integrated and will continue to develop in years to come. A great example of a true Barossa Shiraz.

Earthy, smoky, gravelly nose, with hints of cured meats and gunflint, intriguing and complex. Robust and very dark on the palate, plush and powerful, mouthcoating density of fruit, that is ripe and textural. A substantial wine with longevity and presence.

Notes of blackberry, blueberry and a touch of clove on the nose make for a robust and well-structured Shiraz. Showcasing flavours of dark fruits, chocolate and a hint of spice, the wine concludes with a smooth, lingering finish with well-integrated tannins and a touch of toasted oak.
