This single vineyard, single varietal Shiraz is abundant & generous in style. Full bodied & intensely flavoured, it's produced from our estate grown grapes that have been dried on the vine to concentrate flavours. For additional complexity, the wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. With layers of rich dark fruit & smooth tannins the wine is multilayered and accessible. There are only a few wineries nestled in the rolling hills of Geographe, but they are producing some lovely wine, as youll discover in this classic GSM. In the glass: Deep, dark red purple. On the nose: Inky dark berry fruit with notes of toasty oak and iodine. On the palate: A core of plum and mulberry tempered by fresh herb and stalk notes, hints of vanillin oak and juicy acidity.

In the glass: Pale pink to onion skin. On the nose: Raspberry, cranberry, red cherry and white pepper. On the palate: Powerful yet elegant with a delicious core of savoury fruit, vibrant peppery acidity, crunchy, energetic mouth-feel with long, mouth-watering flavour length. A beautiful Rosé.

In the glass: Dark red. On the nose: Fresh herb, spice and red berry aromatics. On the palate: Mid weight with a subtly sweet mix of dark fruit, fine supple tannins and background oak. A good all-rounder.

The premium fruit parcels used to produce this stunning Old Bush Vine Grenache were handpicked from the company owned Katunga block and Prisoner of War vineyard. These grapes were then crushed and fermented in open concrete vats, followed by daily pump over. The juice obtained after primary fermentation was drained and basket pressed. Post-maturation in American oak barriques, this beautiful Grenache flaunts a bright purple hue with a crimson haze. The perfumed nose exudes elegant aromas of cherries, chocolate, spice and rose petal. A sip of the wine presents enticing flavours of black plum, sweet, spicy raspberry, fruitcake and toffee apple. These beautiful characters are balanced by subtle savoury oak notes, ending the wine in a captivating finish. It tastes excellent with veal kidneys, grilled bratwurst and young Gouda cheese.

A dark, brooding, full-bodied style, rich in dark berry fruit flavours, soft and velvety yet immense tannin foundation, deluxe cedary oak and a powerful finish.

Loads of flavour here, but not as much oakiness as you might think. Sure, it's there, but the vibrancy and depth of the fruit more than compensates. Dark fruit freshened by minty regional undertones, great length and smoothness brought about by 5 years in our cellar, and you have a terrific Coonawarra cabernet.
